Logging manual requests on Signio to change or activate VAP suppliers or products are now a thing of the past as the VAP Activation Tool automates the entire process.
Corney Jansen van Vuuren, Product Manager at Lightstone says, “with around 23 000 VAP product options linked to approximately 8 000 products on Signio, we’ve often had to keep clients waiting while we process their requests – this new tool allows us up our game while putting the power in our clients’ hands.”
